Mediation and Arbitration
Margaret Goedeke is a California Certified Mediator. She completed her coursework at Pepperdine Law School's Institute for Dispute Resolution and UCI. She was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution sections of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), and the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution (SPIDR). She was a Mediation Panelist and Litigation Consultant for TRG in Los Angeles. Goedeke was an arbitrator of real estate association matters and a Los Angeles Superior Court approved mediator for court-mandated mediation. Her experience includes personal injury cases, real estate matters and others. Additionally, Goedeke was a mediator for small claims cases at other courts.
Advocacy
Margaret has been a long-time advocate for private property rights. During her years as a Director with the National Association and the California Association of Realtors, Margaret met with numerous state and national elected officials to explain positions on pending legislation and the private property rights so important to all owners real estate, both residential and commercial. Margaret has been a member of Congressional Clubs and attended many meetings with other well-informed individuals to explain proposed legislation to Congress and Senate members in Washington, DC and Assembly and Senate members in Sacramento, California.
Litigation Consultant
Margaret has consulted with attorneys, legislators and other professionals on many of the aspects of real estate and relative legislation. In addition to mediation, she is available as an expert witness and consultant.
