Margaret's Education
Margaret Goedeke holds degrees/certificates in Business and Real Estate. She majored in Business Administration at Pepperdine University; Business and Accounting at both College of the Desert and Orange Coast College; and Real Estate at Coastline Community College. She also attended UCI and Pepperdine Law School, Institute for Dispute Resolution, where she obtained specialized ADR training and subsequently became a California Certified Mediator.
Real Estate Educator
Margaret has taught Orientation classes to new real estate agents on various subjects including Professional Conduct, the Realtors' Code of Ethics and local government regulations as they pertain to the real estate industry. She was a long-time Education Committee member with the California Association of Realtors and was instrumental in developing a state-of-the-art course for real estate professionals.
Instructor and Trainer
Margaret was an instructional associate at the Orange Coast College Learning Center. There she taught various courses in either a small class or a one-on-one setting to persons with physical and learning disabilities. These classes included the core courses of English, Spelling and Reading; plus computer skills; and tutoring college-level classes in English and Psychology.
In addition to instruction, Margaret also kept state-required records on progress for all her students.
