Corporate Management
Margaret Goedeke was a corporate officer and manager for many years. She was the CEO of Mardon, Inc. in Newport Beach, California and the CEO/CFO of Donmar Ltd. Margaret was the director of general management and operations, the accounting and finance department, and was the supervisor of Human Resources and Sales.
Government Contracting
Goedeke has nearly 10 years experience in government contracting. She was the CFO of a research corporation doing business with the DOD (Department of Defense). She is experienced in government contracting, program management, general and operations management, the FAR (Federal Acquisitions Requirements) and CAS (Cost Accounting Standards) and was a member of the Contract Management Association.
General Business Management
Margaret Goedeke has 30 years experience in business ownership, management and operations. As an entrepreneur most of her life, she developed expertise in the many departments of today's companies. Early in her career, she devoted her time to retail businesses in furniture and design. She was always in charge of the accounting end of business ownership, but also excelled in design and space planning. Her businesses included furniture, appliances, electronics, antiques and interior design. In addition to the residential aspect of much of this, she also had considerable experience in commercial design. Margaret totally redesigned a restaurant in Fountain Valley, California and designed several office buildings from color scheme and carpeting to final office cubicles.
